Hypnosis

Jon Furr is a Regression Therapist and practitioner of Delores Cannon's Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique. Hypnosis is really nothing more than a process of deep relaxation and focused concentration. It is definitely not a loss of consciousness. You are aware of the hypnotist and of things going on around you in the room. If you have ever done relaxation exercises or listened to relaxation music, the process of hypnosis will feel very familiar to you. When you are under hypnosis, you yourself decide what to reveal and what not to reveal. You can refuse to answer questions if you are not feeling prepared to discuss the memories. You can ask to come out of hypnosis at any time.

Most people who have had close encounter sightings have had abduction/contact experiences. The amount of people who have complete conscious recall of the events are small compared to the number of people involved in direct contact. The program is meant to be mostly secret.  This accounts for the "missing time" effect. Telepathic messages and screen images are common, as well. Witnesses may have bits and pieces of conscious memories, and that may not even be completely accurate. A witness may uncover many memories in a more chronological order under hypnosis. Conscious memories can be accurate, as well, but more likely a good starting point. Regression hypnosis is not the end all technique to determine whether you have had an experience, but it is an excellent tool.
